Color Palette: Geology Rocks
Color inspiration strikes again from nature, but maybe an unexpected place this time... rocks. Yes, you read that right. Rocks. I have always loved looking for pretty rocks on Michigan beaches, and now my daughters love that too. They take it a step further though… any time we visit an antique show or gift shop, they want to take home a little piece of amethyst or a geode. I usually let them because they’re beautiful and sciencey and I’m a sucker.
